Rualo joins W League Coaching Staff

Hervi Rualo becomes the newest member of coach Gonzales’s staff for the upcoming USL W season.

A native of the Philippines, Hervi has coached several competitive youth teams throughout his 40+ year career and has been attributed to the development of some of the most notable talent in the 209 that’s gone on to play at the next level. At the senior level, he kick started the WPSL side Central Valley Rebels out of Modesto, and was on staff in 1999, Rualo also served as the head coach of the Stanislaus County Cruisers (USL D3) in  His time with the Cruisers was highlighted by their run in the 2000 US Open Cup in which they made it all the way to the 3rd round and hosted MLS side San Jose Earthquakes in Modesto at Central Catholic High School.

Currently he is the DOC of Tracy Youth Soccer League and of Tracy United Soccer Club. He currently holds a USSF B Coaching License. Amongst all this, he is credited with being one of the individuals that kickstarted Modesto Ajax in 1976, one of the larger youth competitive clubs in the Central Valley.

Hervi will be taking the role of assisting Head Coach Trisha Gonzales and coaching the club’s goalkeepers for the upcoming season.
