Join the Black and Gold
To honor our commitment of being the 209's top pre-professional club, we hold open tryouts every year in order to evaluate all the top talent the valley has to offer. We use these tryouts to help build out our First teams as well as identify the rising talent for our youth teams.
Players that attend these tryouts may be asked to return for additional evaluation/training sessions in order to secure roster spots.
Men's Team Open Tryout
Date: Feb 28th & Mar 1st
Time: 10am - 12pm
Location: Academica Soccer Fields
Registration Fee: Free
This two day tryout will give you the chance to impress our coaching staff and join us for the 2026 season. All players that make the squad will have their costs fully covered and compete against the best talent in the country.
NOTE: The March 1st session is invite only. Players will be notified of their status after the Feb 28th session.
Women's Team Open Tryout
Date: March 7th
Time: 2pm-4pm
Location: Academica Soccer Fields
Registration Fee: Free

How to Prepare
● Registration: Make sure to register online in advance. Spots are limited!
● Equipment: PLEASE WEAR A BLACK SHIRT. Bring your soccer gear, including appropriate footwear, shin guards, and
water bottles.
● Check-In: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time for registration and warm-up.
